Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you enter.
Orders and pricing
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your payment method and send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, a pricing or product description error, or stock we cannot fulfill. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. Sales tax is applied where required.
Payment
By entering your card details you authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout, including any recurring charges you have agreed to. If a charge is declined or reversed we may suspend or cancel the order and any related membership.
Products and descriptions
We work to describe products accurately, but colors, packaging, and details can vary from what is shown on screen. Product statements are for general information and are not medical, health, or professional advice. Nothing sold here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Acceptable use
Do not use this store to break the law, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy the site, resell products without our written permission, or abuse our return or promotional policies.

The text, images, logos, and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Disclaimer and limits
Except where the law says otherwise, the site and products are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case only the limits allowed in your jurisdiction apply.

If something goes wrong, contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved quickly and directly. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where our business is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.
What we collect
Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order history. Payment information you enter is transmitted directly to our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it
To process and ship your order, manage any membership you sign up for, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal and tax obligations, improve the store, and send you order updates. With your permission we also send marketing messages.
Who we share it with
We share information with the service providers who make the business run: payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment and warehouse partners, email and messaging platforms, and analytics providers. They may only use it to perform work for us.
We also share information when the law requires it, to enforce our terms, to protect against fraud, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Marketing and how to stop it
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, and stop text messages by replying STOP. Order confirmations, shipping updates, and billing notices are transactional and continue as long as you have an active order or membership.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart, remember preferences, measure advertising, and understand site traffic. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, though parts of the store may stop working correctly if you do.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us not to share it for advertising. Contact our support team and we will respond within the time the law allows. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Keeping it safe
Payment pages are encrypted in transit and access to customer records is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep order and billing records as long as needed to run the business and satisfy tax, accounting, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Children
This store is not intended for anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we make a material change to this policy we will post the updated version here and change the date on it.
Missing or incorrect items
If items are missing from your order or you received the wrong product, contact our support team. We can only process these requests within 30 days after delivery.
Return requirements
Request within 30 days. You must request a return within 30 days of the product being shipped to you. Once we issue a return label, the product must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days.
Original packaging, new condition. Products must come back in all of their original packaging and in like-new, unused condition. We may reject a return if the product or its packaging is damaged.
If a return is rejected we will notify you, no refund will be issued, and you can choose either to have the product shipped back to you for a $30 shipping charge, or to have it recycled. If you do not choose within 14 days of that notice, the product will be recycled.
Return shipping
Orders shipped within the Continental US qualify for free return shipping using the carrier we select. We are not responsible for loss or damage while a returned product is in transit.
For orders outside the Continental US, you buy the label and ship the items back to our warehouse. Send us proof of shipment and cost and we can credit that amount.
Damaged, defective, or incomplete orders
We offer a full refund or an exchange for any order received damaged, defective, or missing items, within 30 days of the purchase date. Contact support and we will make it right.
How to return
1. Contact our support team to request a return.
2. We review the request and email you a return label. Print it
and attach it securely to a suitable shipping carton.
3. Drop the package at the carrier location nearest you.
Once the return arrives we review it against the requirements above. If it qualifies, we process the refund and email you a confirmation. Refunds go back to the original payment method only. Allow up to 8 business days for this to complete.
Limits
No returns are accepted after 30 days. We only accept returns on products we sold you directly. Priority shipping charges selected at checkout are not refundable. Items marked final sale on the product page cannot be returned or refunded. If we believe the return policy is being abused, for example through repeated or seasonal returns, we may refuse a return.
Processing and delivery
Allow 1 to 2 business days for processing, plus carrier transit time. Once your order is fulfilled we email you a tracking number. We choose the carrier. Once the package is in the carrier's hands we cannot guarantee the delivery date they display.
Shipping cost
Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
Availability
We work to keep everything we list in stock. Inventory shortages can affect our ability to fill an order, and we reserve the right to cancel an order we cannot fulfill. If that happens we email you and refund the order in full.
Address accuracy
Enter your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost, or issue a refund less shipping.

What happens after the trial
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged $59.99 when the trial ends and $59.99 every 30 days after that, until you cancel. We charge the payment method you used at checkout.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime from your account, by emailing our support team, or by phone during support hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET. There is no cancellation fee.
Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged the membership price. Cancel after a renewal and the cancellation stops all future charges. Your benefits stay active through the period you already paid for.
What membership includes
First access to new releases before they go public, members-only products and member pricing sitewide, free samples included in shipments, and the ability to skip, pause, or cancel from your account. Benefits can change over time. We will tell you before removing a material benefit.
If a payment fails
If a renewal charge is declined we may retry it over several days and email you. If it still cannot be collected, membership is suspended and benefits stop until the balance is paid.
Price changes
If the membership price changes we will email you before the change takes effect and you can cancel before it does.
Refunds on membership charges
Membership charges are for access during the billing period they cover. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support and we will review it. Physical products shipped as part of membership are covered by the Refund and Return Policy.
